That&#039;s awesome customer service.

About the CD opener, it&#039;s genius really. They know their users are music lovers. Most music lovers probably still buy the occasional CD. When they go to open it with the Pandora CD opener, they see the logo, think of Pandora, and they&#039;re reminded there&#039;s a really good alternative to buying CDs out there.

Oh, and also promotional items that are actually useful are really hard for in-house marketing departments to come by.</description>
